Domain Decision Maker procedure – Indicating a complaint
If you have found a domain name among the names the published on this platform that in any way infringes your legitimate interests (e.g. your right to use the name), you may initiate a domain arbitration procedure against the registration of the domain name within 8 days of the publication. There are fees for this procedure. You can find more detailed information about the domain arbitration procedure here and you can initiate a complaint on this page.
Domain Decision Maker procedure – Complaint against the Registry
If a domain name application is rejected by the Registry for non-compliance with the Domain Registration Policy, the domain applicant may initiate the Alternative Dispute Resolution Forum procedure against this rejection. You can find more detailed information about this procedure and can lodge your complaint on this page.
Registration Decision Maker procedure – Lodging a Complaint against a legal person Complainee
The revocation or transfer of a registered domain name from its domain holder may be initiated by a Complainant who has the right to use the name by lodging a complaint with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Forum. There is a fee for this procedure. More information about the procedure can be found here and you can initiate the complaint at one of the two links above, depending on the identity of the Complainee.
Claims of a non-dispute resolution nature may also be filed against any Registrar, the Registry and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Forum. There is no fee for such a complaint. For more detailed information and filing a claim please visit this page.

Once you have indicated your complaint and received notification from the ADRF Secretariat (and only then), you can actually submit your complaint via this page.
Domain Decision Maker procedure – Submitting a response to the complaint
If (and only if) you have been notified that a complaint has been lodged against one or more of the domain registrations you have applied for, you can submit your substantive defence via this page.
If you have initiated a complaint against a natural person Complainee for a Registration Decision Maker procedure on this page and have received our confirmation of this, you can lodge your complaint on this page.
Registration Decision Maker procedure – Submitting a response to the complaint
If (and only if) you have been notified that a Registration Decision Maker procedure has been initiated in relation to one or more domains you use, you can submit your substantive defence through this page.
If you have been notified that your complaint or defence needs to be completed, or you wish to do so for any other reason, you must do so on this page.
