Such applications can be seen on the waiting list as do not have priority and which were entered in the registration system not more than 14 days before. Priority applications may be filed for names on the waiting list within 14 days upon disclosure on the list.
The list does not contain applications with priority. If the application of a waiting party having priority is honoured, the respective applications of non-priority parties on the waiting list shall be deleted from the list automatically.
Upon the expiration of said 14 days, the verification and registration procedure shall be started in respect of the applications.
Objections to a name on the waiting list may be reported to any of the Registrars during the 14 days and then the particular application for domain shall be passed to and be decided upon by the Consulting Board. During the period while the Board is making its judgement, the particular domain shall remain in a waiting status. The Registrar of the application objected to shall inform its customer of the objection.
If an application is received for a domain where another application is already being verified and/or registered, the new application shall appear on the waiting list but it shall be deleted automatically when the name passed in the registration phase is registered.
Should you have any questions or concerns in respect of an application, please contact one of the Registrars. The current list of Registrars can be viewed on the website http://www.domain.hu/.
Domains in parking before deletion shall be waiting for 60 days. If the Registrant has the domain registered again with any of the Registrars during this period, the domain will be returned for use by such Registrant. New delegation may take place in the meantime pursuant to articles 6.3 or 6.4 of the Domain Registration Rules and Procedures. As of day 61 the opportunity to apply shall be opened to others, too. In the meantime, others can also assign the Registrar to enter their application in the registration system after the deletion if such deletion has finally taken place. Such assignments may be given to the Registrars by multiple parties; therefore upon the deletion there may be several applications competing simultaneously for being entered in the Records, thus none of the Registrars shall be in a position to be able to guarantee the priority of a particular application. However, applications with priority shall have priority over non-priority applications even at this time.
